The Asset Based Finance Association is based in UK and it supplies liquidity to Irish and UK market. and businesses. It represents the industry in UK and Ireland but it works around the world with many organizations.

One of its job is to set the standards for the industry and also to enforce them. It is also one of its job to provide education in the industry and to inform other stakeholders who are outside the industry. Most of the strategies of the association are shaped by its members as it is a member centric association. Asset Based Finance Association was actually founded in 1976 with the name of Association of British Factors. Just after four years it changed to become Association of British Factors and Discounters and in 1996 it was merged with AIF and CIF human chapters to become FDA and later in 2007 it changed to become Asset Based Finance Association by which name we all know it today.

The association’s website has a list of finance providers, these providers lend money through factoring, invoice discounting and asset based lending.

American Marketing Association


American Marketing Association was formed in 1937 after a merger of two other organizations, American Marketing Society and National Association of Marketing Teachers. AMA is a global leader in marketing knowledge thus it publishes many marketing journals.

While National Association of Marketing Teachers was to discuss the definition and study of advertising. American Marketing Society was dedicated to science of marketing. These two organizations published Journal of Marketing in 1936 and finally got merged in 1937 and formed American Marketing Association. The association has its headquarter in Chicago, where it moved from its initial place University of Illinois.

AMA publishes Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research and Marketing News. IT also hosts many conferences, virtual events and trainings for marketers and researchers.

American Australian Association


American Australian Association an organization that was established in 1948 tries to help promote cooperation and understanding between America and Australia. It is noted that each and every PM of Australia has been hosted by the association since 1950.

The mission of AAA is to broaden, strengthen and encourage ties across the Pacific through corporate, educational, economic, social and cultural activities, and people to people exchange.

It also operates a fund of privately funded educational fellowship to support post graduate studies and research between United States and Australia. It has already granted a total of over US$5.5 Mn.

There are two major events that take place for the members, the first is Association’s gala event. the annual benefit dinner that honors prominent Australian and American leaders. The other one is Australia Day Black Tie Gala which is held to commemorate Australia day and to celebrate the partnership.

The association was inspired by the relationship of United States and Australia during the World War II and the business and governmental interest of America was continued due to it.
