Michael Flavin, a Marketing & Exhibit Consultant with Skyline in St. Louis MO, works with companies to eliminate headaches from trade show exhibiting and event marketing. Michael provides clients with the design and production of custom-modular exhibits and works to measure & maximize ROI from events. Within a network of 144 service centers internationally in 45 countries and a local service team, Michael also provides exhibit management services.
His previous sales & marketing experience relates to the design & production of environmental signage & graphics. Outside of the firm, Michael is President of a residential real estate leasing partnership and serves on the planning committee for the University of Missouri St. Louis' International Business Institute Leadership Council.

Steve is responsible for the payment, recording and reporting of all chapter activities. Steve is the owner of Blives Consulting, a 35 year old graphic design and marketing firm. He is a graduate of Washington University.

Russell Kroeker
TAM Director
Russell heads the committee that produces the Targeted Advertising & Marketing (TAM) award competition. He is responsible for site selection, event promotion, award criteria, award judging, event planning and set-up for this premier St. Louis event. Russell works for Reveal, a trade show marketing firm that provides products and services for national and international trade shows, museums and corporate clients.

Thompson Knox
Secretary
As a seasoned member of the development community in St. Louis, Thompson has worked on the Web since 1997. He has directed several development groups at InLink Communications, GTW.NET/Lexiter, a division of Software Plus and Cleargroove a St. Louis-based integrated marketing firm. Thompson joined Soulard-based Internet Strategy, Design and Development firm SteadyRain in September 2005 as an Internet Strategist. Thompson acts as Secretary of the local BMA chapter as well as overseeing the development and hosting of the chapter's web site and direct email campaigns.

Tom Zimmermann
Marketing
Tom serves as the Marketing Director for the local BMA chapter and oversees all marketing activities. As president of Zimmermann & Associates, a St. Louis based advertising and design firm, Tom is a third generation “Ad Man” with over 25 years of experience in advertising, marketing, communications and design. Tom grew up living and breathing the business and consequently has learned to strive to be an expert in his field. Tom’s knowledge of technology and ability to stay current in an ever-changing field is a big part of what keeps him going.

Sally Howald
Education
Sally Howald is an assistant professor of advertising at Webster University. She has 15 years experience as the creative director of Turec Advertising, and has written online education courses for SkillSoft on the topics of e-marketing and building brands on the internet. As faculty advisor of Webster's Marketing Communications Club, Sally enjoys helping students gain real-world experience by networking with professionals. She has also taught advertising at Webster’s campuses in Thailand and The Netherlands.
