Mike Shapaker currently serves as Director, Business Operations for ChannelAdvisor, where he is responsible for internal operations, processes and analytics as well as leading the company’s initiatives in the B2B market segment. Mike previously led professional services teams at ChannelAdvisor, ensuring the success of large retailers and manufacturers with e-commerce initiatives on marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon, with search advertising and with interactive catalogs and imaging. Prior to joining ChannelAdvisor, Mike held leadership roles in product management and marketing at Nortel Networks and TheraSim. Mike began his career as a consultant at Booz, Allen & Hamilton.
